• Interaction and Usage Data: Through technologies like cookies and pixels, we obtain IP addresses, device types, and behavioral patterns such as clicks or pages visited within the site (e.g., using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). We also record the location or city entered by the user (which can be modified at will to browse different geographical locations).
• No Real-Time GPS Tracking: BBLoom does not passively track the exact, continuous GPS coordinates of your device.

Considering the nature of a platform oriented towards specialized profile searches ("Premium Dating"), you acknowledge that voluntarily providing us with data related to your sexual orientation and preferences is necessary. By providing them, you grant your explicit consent to BBLoom to process and display them publicly according to the privacy settings of your profile, strictly for the purposes of our platform.

Our primary rule is clear: BBLoom does not sell your personal data, preferences, or photographs to third parties under any circumstances.
Your data is exclusively used to:

• Personalize your searches and experiences.
• Ensure the proper technological functioning of the "freemium" system.
• Send critical or marketing notifications from the platform via email (using technical, secure, and recognized external providers under contract, such as Amazon SES or SendGrid).
• Authenticate accounts and penalize violations of the Terms of Service.

• Sanctioned Profiles (Blacklist): In the exceptional event of closure and definitive prohibition for transgressing critical security policies (e.g., fake accounts/scammers, explicit content, promotion of prostitution/escorting, access by minors), critical identifiers such as your IP footprint or the encrypted hash of your email will be permanently stored in our secure environment. This action is unavoidable and is carried out in the vital, imperative interest of preventing repeated fraud on the platform and cooperating with the relevant authorities.

If you are a resident of locations protected by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are granted:
